i've been coughing for a month now and faiz has his for three days today. my two visits to the doctors didn't help much despite finishing all my cough syrups. i hate the waiting-time during each visit, and i decided no more doctor for me.

the worse thing about these stupid coughs, they choose our bedtime to annoy us.

everyone has recommended that we generously apply vicks vaporub on our soles before bedtime and cover our feet with socks. it was supposedly help us have a good night sleep cough free.

and so, we tried. unfortunately, it didn't work for both of us. faiz's heavy deep cough was very persistent and he had vomitted more than once last night. so, should we give it another try tonight?
