i've been feeling thirsty these days, but i have to watch what i drink. i only take plain water at work, but i'm not so disciplined at home. i can't buy all the bottled drinks from the stores due to the sugar content. i decided to make my own ice-lemon tea with only one spoon of sugar in one big mug. and with one slice of lemon, the tea really tastes nice and it helps to quench my thirst :D
my hubby made me this awesome sandwich. the grilled chicken breast was cut into fine chunks, and later with the veges (don't ask me what vege coz i'm not good with their names), were marinated with dried chili flakes, black pepper, KFC flour, parsely, salt and olive oil.
so, it's official...i have now discovered my favourite sandwich :D
1 small bowl of rice served with steamed fish and kangkong for my dinner last night. it was so yummy that i wish i could have a second serving. but i have to keep to the diet before my next reading. it's tough being a diabetic, especially for someone like me who loves food and who savours each bite of havenly taste with pure joy.
